To See Her is to Forget Her Name

Is there a word to describe a woman,
Whose eyes are a keyhole to a vault of stars?
Whose hair is the crash of leaves in an endless autumn?
Whose lips whisper poetry to God’s own ears?
Perhaps the words don’t come to mind,

Because to see her is to forget her name.
